1. Booking
When you book an appointment at 8Studios, you reserve dedicated time with our team. We ask all clients to read and accept this policy before confirming a booking.
2. Cancelling or rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can:
- Reschedule online (if you booked with an account), or
- Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone: +971 52 178 7976, or
- Email us at booking@8studiosdubai.com
Cancelling or rescheduling within this notice period is free of charge.
3. No-show fee
A no-show means you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us in advance. Because a missed appointment reserves time and a chair that could have served another client, a no-show fee of 50% of the booked service value will apply.
- The fee is calculated as 50% of the total value of the booked service(s).
- The fee is recorded against the contact details used for the booking (email and/or phone number).
- The outstanding fee will be added to your next visit and must be settled before or together with your next appointment.
4. Late arrival
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened to avoid affecting other clients, or it may be treated as a no-show if we are unable to perform the service. The full service price may still apply.
5. How the fee is handled
- The no-show fee is linked to your customer profile (email/phone) and remains payable until settled.
- It will be included in your next bill at 8Studios.
- Our reception team applies this policy consistently and cannot waive the fee. In genuine exceptional circumstances, a manager may review the fee.
6. Exceptional circumstances
We are reasonable people. If you missed your appointment due to a genuine emergency, please contact us — a manager will review your situation.
7. Acceptance
By confirming a booking with 8Studios, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
