Built for cadence
Most of our guests come back every two to four weeks. We built the membership programme, the WhatsApp reminders, and the product line around that rhythm. The work between visits is the point.
No upsell
We recommend products only when they support the work you just had done. No pressure, no scripts. The product in your bag is the same one your barber used in the chair.
